Subject: Group Assignment #1: Team Contract and Request for Approval
You have tentatively formed a team to work with for the rest of the semester. Before receiving approval to continue, your group must submit a memo verifying the following:
- Everyone has read the project manager’s proposal,
understands the proposed project, and genuinely wants to work on it together.
- All team members have compared schedules and found
common available meeting times.
- All group members share similar goals for, and
commitments to, the class.
- Each person brings expertise to the project and will
therefore fill a needed role.
- All group members have discussed what equipment they
have access to (computers, software, etc) and agreed that these tools will
not present a problem.
- Group members have read the group policies
and understand them.
This memo is due June 5. Each member must initial it.
